You are not alone. One either is okay with a solo or not interested in it, and that's fine. Believe it or not, the main reason Ringo was hired was because he hated drum solos, as did the other Beatles!

I've been watching him since 1982. He is, without a doubt, a freak of nature. At 70 plus years old, and he can still deliver. Amazing!

@@rodneylee4026 True, that. Ringo wanted no part of it but was coaxed By Paul, so now we have it. Still, after that, Ringo hasn't done a solo since.
Only if they go on for too long. I saw Whitesnake live back in 1987 and his solo was anything but boring.
